Sound baths are vibrational frequencies in sound healing that resonate with your body's energy, assisting to balance brainwaves by entrainment, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony.  The frequencies work by aligning your cells and energy fields, promoting deep relaxation and healing.  

During a sound bath, you'll lie down comfortably, and expect to feel deeply relaxed, with a sense of inner peace and balance by the end of the session.  Soothing sounds from alchemy crystal singing bowls in synchrony with guided meditation, a vintage Burmese gong, an Ocean Drum and vocal toning.  The tones and songs for each event are curated and conducted uniquely and specific to an individual or group.
